What the Multicalendar does
Availability for every room, the searches your sales team runs every day, and checks that stop anyone on your team from saving a booking or block on dates already taken.
Every Unit on One Timeline
In Sales > Multicalendar each unit is a row, sorted by property. Bookings are bars coloured by status, and Airbnb, Booking.com and manual blocks each have their own colour. Switch between Day, Week and Month, hover a bar for the dates, tenant and value, and click it to open the booking.
Free Today, on Set Dates or From Any Day
Available now keeps only the units free today. Date range keeps those free on every day between two dates, or from a start date on if you leave the end empty, for an academic year or an open-ended stay. With the Count preparation days box, you decide whether the preparation days after each check-out count as taken.
Block Several Units in One Go
Add block closes the same dates on several units of a property at once, with a reason such as works or owner use. If one of them is already booked or blocked, nothing is created and Vivin shows you which. Listings > Manual blocks lists every manual block with who created it, and you can delete several at once to open the dates again.
Overlaps Stopped Before They Are Saved
Before your team saves a booking, a block, a date change or a room change, Vivin checks that the unit is free, counting bookings, blocks and preparation days. If the dates overlap, it shows where and saves nothing, and a guest's date change from Airbnb or Booking.com that clashes waits for your team.
Extend, Shorten or Move a Stay
The Change dates and Change room wizards walk you through it: pick the new dates or a free unit, see what changes in the payment plan and the contract, and save once. Airbnb and Booking.com stays follow the platform: change them there and Vivin updates.
A Calendar Link for Every Unit
Every unit has its own Vivin calendar link (iCal) with its booked and blocked dates, so any channel that reads iCal can close the same dates. For Airbnb and Booking.com, a Full integration goes further: every booking or block in Vivin closes those nights on the channel.

Connect your channels
Connect Airbnb and Booking.com, and add a calendar link (iCal) for any other channel. Their stays and blocks land on the same timeline as the bookings from your mid-term portals and your team.
Search what is free
Choose Available now or a Date range, narrow by category, listing type, property or number of rooms, and share the link: the filters are saved in the page address, so a colleague sees the same view.
Answer from the desk or the phone
Click a bar to open its booking, or a unit to open its listing. On a phone, Sales opens straight on the Multicalendar with Available now selected: each unit shows until when it is free and its monthly rent, above its next two weeks.
