Airbnb, Booking.com and mid-term portals on one calendar
Airbnb and Booking.com connect through an official API, both ways: prices, stay rules and availability go out from Vivin, reservations and guest changes come back in. HousingAnywhere, Uniplaces and Spotahome get your listings by feed and send their bookings in, and every unit has a calendar link (iCal) for any other channel.

Features
What the channel manager does
An official API for Airbnb and Booking.com, listing feeds for the mid-term portals and calendar links for the rest, all working from the same calendar in Vivin.
Airbnb and Booking.com, Officially Connected
Connect Airbnb on its own authorization page and Booking.com with your hotel IDs, through an official API connection. Nobody on your team types a channel password into Vivin, and you can connect several accounts of each channel.
Prices and Stay Rules, Set Once
Set the price per night, the minimum and maximum stay and how far ahead guests can book in one place, and both Airbnb and Booking.com get them, with custom prices for any range of nights. Every mid-term booking or block in Vivin closes those nights on both channels.
Reservations Arrive With Their Money
Each Airbnb or Booking.com reservation becomes a Vivin booking on the right unit, with the guest, the dates and the total, platform commission included. When the platform collects the payment, it is recorded automatically, and a Booking.com group booking arrives as one booking per room.
Guest Changes, Applied for You
When a guest changes a stay on the channel, Vivin moves the booking, its calendar and its payment plan, logs the change and lets you know. If the new dates clash with something in Vivin, nothing is forced through: the change waits for your team.
Your Listings on the Mid-Term Portals
HousingAnywhere, Uniplaces and Spotahome receive your listings by feed, with prices, dates and terms, and their bookings come into Vivin automatically. On a Full integration, Vivin manages the whole listing, photos and texts included. Idealista gets an hourly listing feed.
Full Integration, iCal or Nothing, per Unit
Choose for each unit how it syncs with Airbnb and with Booking.com: Full integration, Calendar link (iCal) or No integration. Every unit also has its own Vivin calendar link, so any other channel that reads iCal can block the same dates.
How it works
Connect your channels
Connect Airbnb and Booking.com from Settings, link each unit to its listing on the channels you use, and bring in the Airbnb and Booking.com reservations you already have.
Set prices and terms in Vivin
Set nightly prices and stay rules for Airbnb and Booking.com, and the monthly rent and terms for the portals, with an optional markup per portal.
Bookings land on one calendar
Airbnb, Booking.com and portal bookings arrive in Vivin, on the same calendar as the rest. Filter by stay type, and answer Airbnb and Booking.com guests from Vivin's Inbox, with their messages translated into your language.
