Your Brand, Your Domain
A complete booking website on your own domain, with your logo and colors, in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. The Vivin team sets it up with you, so there is no code to write.
Search by Map, List and Filters
Tenants browse your rooms on a map or as a list, and filter by move-in date, budget, accommodation type and number of tenants.
Room Pages With the Full Picture
Every room shows photos, availability, minimum and maximum stay, deposit, cancellation policy, documents required and any long-stay discount, plus the future housemates and the neighborhood.
Visits by Video Call or in Person
Tenants who want to see the room first request a live video call or an in-person visit and suggest up to three times that suit them. You confirm one and show them around.
Book and Pay Online
Tenants book online and pay the first rent through Stripe, by card or any other method enabled on your Stripe account. The deposit is paid at check-in, and the rents that follow are collected with Vivin Payments.
Bookings Land in Vivin
Listings come straight from Vivin, and every booking lands back in Vivin next to the rest of your portfolio. Availability is shared with your other channels through the same calendar.
